I was not positive whether I would be buying a new car or not, but was interested and came across this dealership. I was very impressed with the models at the dealership. I ended up deciding on this product because I had a great experience with Vlad. I simply wanted to sit in the car before having any kind of conversation about price, purchase,features and such. I had done all my research online prior. I wanted to qualify it as a comfortable car in terms of drivers seat, visibility, etc. When I said this to Vlad, he went to another lot and got the car (with all the features) I had been looking at. He pulled up offered me the driver's seat and discussed some of the features. He offered me a test drive and then, offered me the chance to keep the car for the weekend. (This was on a Saturday - the dealership is closed on Sunday) I didn't even know this was possible. I took him up on it and by Saturday night, I wanted the car. (Super sales technique!) In any case, on "negotiation day" I found him/Douglas/VW to be fair and to the point. I traded in a car and felt the trade in price was also fair (based on blue book value and on line research). In general, I would recommend the dealership. I would highly recommend doing business with this pleasant, low key, intuitive young man. I believe his approach probably changes to suit his prospect's/customer's sensibilities. A refreshing alternative. I should add: This is the first time I have felt compelled to write an online review. Having read so many erratic reviews, about restaurants in particular, I never take them to heart. That said, I hope this makes a difference for someone out there looking for a similar experience. More

I went in to see about trading in my 2007 Jetta for a 2012 Beetle after going to another dealership and not being happy with what I heard. My parents originally bought my Jetta from Isaac and had such great service then that I decided to go back and see what they had to offer. He was very helpful and willing to meet what I could do budget wise and also listened to everything that I wanted out of the car. I am 23 so this was the first car I was buying on my own and he understood that and informed me on everything I needed to know as well as keeping my budget in mind. The Beetle I eventually chose had to be brought in from another dealership and he kept me up to date on the progress of it's arrival everyday. I got the car last Friday and could not be happier. As I type this he actually called me to see how my weekend with the car went and if I had any concerns. I will recommend Isaac from Douglas Volkswagen to anyone looking to buy a car. More
