I was in the market for a 2011 VW Jetta SE. I found a great price online supplied by USAA recommending Douglas Volkswagen. From the start I dealt with Jimmy Aleszczyk. I felt like we became friends the first couple of days discussing my wants and needs. A few issues came up with financing and he assured me he would get this car for me. Needless to say, after a few weeks of many phone calls and emails, he got me the car I wanted. This was over 2 months ago, and he still sends emails checking in to see how both I and the car are doing. He was most pleasant to work with. Overall it was a great experience buying a used car at this dealership. My wife wanted a used New Beetle, and that too Sunflower Yellow color, searched online and found Douglas VW is one of the few dealer this dealership.
