Vlad at Douglas VW was Amazing! This is my third VW and my second from Douglas. I was sad to trade in my VW Eos (LOVED that car) but it just wasn't practical with two kids playing h This is my third VW and my second from Douglas. I was sad to trade in my VW Eos (LOVED that car) but it just wasn't practical with two kids playing hockey and a cello player. Size was definitely an issue! I decided to lease the new Atlas and I could not be happier with it. I usually buy and not lease so this was a new process for me but Vlad was so wonderful to work with. He really made the process easy. I also love Douglas for their service department and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've always been exceptional at service and give loaner cars which is huge! Thank you Douglas VW!! More

Great communication, great service! I came in over the summer for an issue I was having with my Passat. Brian assisted me and informed me they'd found an antenna problem & that I'd need I came in over the summer for an issue I was having with my Passat. Brian assisted me and informed me they'd found an antenna problem & that I'd need to make an appointment to come back & get a loaner, as they'd need a few days to complete the repair. Everything was so smooth and painless! I was able to come in early before work, drop my car off and get into a loaner in almost no time at all. Brian kept me updated every step of the way, and my car was even ready a day early! From top to bottom, an absolutely fantastic service experience. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend. More
