What I loved most of all was his knowledge about the cars and asking what I was interested in. He spent a good amount of time explaining the differences in the models, which enabled me to decide what I would purchase. Shopping for a car is not my favorite thing to do since most dealerships begin t pressure you. Glad to say this did not happen at Douglas. I am sure to come back when I need t purchase another car.
