David Suchocki Is The Definition of Customer Service I don't know where to start. My mom bought me a car at another dealership a few months back. Unfortunately, I was in an accident that was entirely the I don't know where to start. My mom bought me a car at another dealership a few months back. Unfortunately, I was in an accident that was entirely the other driver's fault (their insurance paid 100% thankfully) and I needed another car ASAP because I was moving to Florida and needed to drive there. My mom also just bought a car for herself, but this time, she went with Douglas VW and worked with David. She had read terrific reviews and even though we live about an hour away she felt good about going to him. After her purchase, she couldn't stop saying such great things about her experience. So we called David, relayed the situation and he told us to come right down. Since I'm only 21 and I needed to take out a loan I anticipated the rate to be sky high without enough credit history. David must be some sort of Magician. Within 3-4 hours I was driving away in my 2014 Toyota Corolla!!! He was able to get a VERY good interest rate based on my personal circumstances. He treated us as if we were a member of his family that he was taking care of. He was kind, considerate, sympathetic friendly and, most importantly he was HONEST. After dealing with him on both my car and my mom's we quickly realized the other dealership took advantage of me. But NOT DAVID. I am thrilled with my car. I am working in Disney World for a college internship and needed to drive the car down here to Florida. I'm still in awe at how, in just a few short hours, I was driving away in a vehicle that suits me. My mom and I were telling a neighbor about our great experience and she asked for David's contact info. We passed it along to her and I told David she might be calling and that she's a friend of ours. Long story short (sorry for the lengthy post but I can't say enough good things about him) the following Saturday our neighbor met with David and she drove home a VW Jetta! She is also very pleased with the care David took to ensure a smooth transaction. Her exact words in her text were "I don't think I've ever met anyone like him. He was super and I am so happy. " If you are looking to buy new or used there is no place else to go. Stop shopping around and give David a call. I am confident he will be able to get you into a vehicle. OUTSTANDING WORTH THE TRIP! I previously leased a Jetta from another dealership where Chet and Diana formerly worked. I went back there thinking I would get the same experience, I previously leased a Jetta from another dealership where Chet and Diana formerly worked. I went back there thinking I would get the same experience, and I was very mistaken. Literally left frustrated and in tears. Went to another local dealership, and still not good. I searched and was soooo happy to see that they were at Douglas! It is a 75mile trip for me one way, but I couldn't be more pleased!! The whole staff is wonderful and make you feel comfortable. And, the whole process was simple and effortless. That's how car buying should be! Please don't waste your time like I did, just goto Douglas first, and you won't be let down!!! Love these guys!!
