Award Winning Service ! As I am a resident of New York, I purchased my vehicle from a local dealer. While driving in New Jersey I experienced a service issue on my 2011 Je As I am a resident of New York, I purchased my vehicle from a local dealer. While driving in New Jersey I experienced a service issue on my 2011 Jetta TDI still under warranty at 17K miles. This is how I was fortunate to have met the competent service staff at Douglas. They were sympathetic to my crisis and treated me like royalty. I was given a loaner, and they made every effort possible to remedy the mechanical failure as quickly as possible. From that experience on, I make the trip to have all my service and maintenance performed on my vehicle. The service level and competency remained intact and consistent. In addition, I must give special thanks to the assistant service manager, Dominic Romano who "ran the extra mile" every time I brought my car in. He was not only patient and courteous, but made sure my vehicle was attended to and diagnosed correctly. I just picked up my vehicle for its 80K service and I never have any issues once I drive out of Douglas. I highly recommend anyone with a VW to aim their steering wheel directly to Douglas Motors !
