Wonderful experience! It's been almost a year since we leased our Passat. That's when we first met Sales Consultant, Simon Krugly. Simon gave us an education in the VW brand and all the models they had to offer. We were very impressed with the cars and with Simon and his extensive knowledge and willingness to spend so much time with us. Fast forward 3 months...we went back to see Simon during Douglas VW's Memorial Day sale. The dealership was hopping, but Simon treated us as if we were his only customers. He worked to get us a great deal and later that day we drove off in our beautiful, new 2014 Passat Wolfsburg Edition. Thank you, Simon, for all your help. We love our Passat! My experience today with Douglas VW was one of the best I have had, hands down. Chet was able to pinpoint the exact GTi I was looking for and at a solid deal. The delivery process was smooth, efficient and enjoyable. The thrill of a few car can sometimes be squashed with the paperwork and hassle, but that is not the case at Douglas. Jeremy did an exceptional job making sure I knew everything and had everything I needed before I drove off. The paperwork, all done digitally, was actually enjoyable with Matt. Each employee made you feel special, welcomed and worked towards your best interest. That is hard to find, and was very much appreciated. I will be happy to refer anyone to this store. More

We worked with David Suchocki and found him to not only be a consummate professional with plenty of experience, he was also personable and quite likable. He wasn't the stereotypical used car salesman. He answered virtually all of our questions. We asked a couple of questions about installation of some after market technology. Rather than just sit there and say, "sure we can do this with no problem," he brought Andy, one of the company's serviceman from the shop to have a conversation with us. Andy was terrific and spoke with us on a non-technical level so we could understand. Great guy! And before we settled on a used car we wanted to have our own mechanic look at it. David drove it there himself. Who does that? David responds to calls much sooner than we've experienced with reps at other dealers, AND, he instantly responds to txt messages at any time of day. If you're in the market for a car (new or used) I would highly recommend VW of Summit, and ask for David. More

Simon + Douglas + GTI = I <3 VW Honestly I can say it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Simon Krugly and Douglas VW are so far ahead of other dealerships, even the on Honestly I can say it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Simon Krugly and Douglas VW are so far ahead of other dealerships, even the ones I've also had good experiences with. I went in looking for a very specific GTI (I had done my homework and already knew there were none in a rather large area close). Simon showed me another GTI he had, made sure I liked it and gave me great numbers. Once those were agreed on, Douglas and Simon went out of their way to find me my GTI (which was 400 or so miles away) and get it to me very very quickly. Prior to this GTI experience I had been talking to Simon for a year, and made multiple visits. He was NEVER pressuring, but always treated me seriously and talked to me for hours on end without trying to rush anything or push a car. He waited until I was ready and then he did everything he could. Beyond the great experience I had with Simon accommodating my weird schedule and picky GTI choices, the finance department was quick and easy. They have a very cool digital table where you sign documents (not to mention it costs as much as my GTI haha). Overall I cannot recommend Douglas and Simon enough. They are one of few dealerships who care about the sale, but most importantly care about making the sale work best for you. If you are looking for a no pressure, yet great price experience, go see Simon. Thanks again Simon, the GTI is a beast. More
