Got charged $2,200 for a broken ground wire and a set of new spark plugs.. the technician admitted he missed the broken ground wire the first time he checked them on day 1. So 10 days later he finally found new spark plugs.. the technician admitted he missed the broken ground wire the first time he checked them on day 1. So 10 days later he finally found the broken ground wire after going back to the basics when a dozen other things didn't do the trick. Again the technician was honest and admitted his fault and apologized for taking so long. However the service writer who writes up the bills was not understanding or reasonable at all with the bill. Also every time I went there to check in on the service he always said I was just getting ready to call you.. then he would go on and tell me a story about one of his vehicles years ago that had nothing to do with my situation.. horrible customer service. My service advisor Matt did the best he could with the information they were giving him. I think next time someone comes in and tells them they think it's a bad ground they might double check that first on day one as I really stressed that more than once to them.. I believe Bob the technician will do a much better job next time around. However I don't think the guy that writes the bills up will change at all.. sad. More
