I brought the truck in with a diagnosis (rear NOx sensor fail) and was disregarded with my information. I was charged $200 for the diagnostic fee and then nearly $1000 to fix a DEF injector. As I was driving home the same issue occurred and the same code popped up again. I went to another dealership and the swapped the sensor I had asked and the truck is fine now. I'm going to trade in and buy at another dealership and move my service elsewhere. I'm really disappointed because Dover is so close to home but I can't keep getting price gouged. More
