Hassle free, no pressure experience Dowling had the specific model / year / miles that I was looking for. After a test drive we sat back down the sales person (Rick) to discuss the price/financing. Honestly, I generally dread this stage of the process but the experience was straight forward, open, no pressure, etc. Trade in value was in line my reasearch/expectations, financing application was done on site and multiple offers were reviewed with me, No extra administrative or add-on fees. Picked up the car later that week. Final transaction/paperwork was quick and easy, no surprises, and I was on my way. Rick, the salesperson, was friendly, personable, responsive, professional, etc. Would ask for him again or provide his name to others heading to Dowling Ford. More
