Great 4 hour Delivery experience My husband & I showed up at Rick Frame's desk in the morning without warning. We asked him to show us the model we were interested in from the deale My husband & I showed up at Rick Frame's desk in the morning without warning. We asked him to show us the model we were interested in from the dealer website. He slapped a plate on the back of it for a test drive. We returned to his desk, said "that's the one". Rick and his great gals in the Office completed all Delivery paperwork, his Service/Parts Dept. mounted a new tire on the vehicle per our request. All was expedited by early afternoon, Rick set up all the "bells & whistles" which were new to us and still learning. He waved us on to a safe 45 min. trip back home. GREAT EXPERIENCE & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! More

Great Good experience with Rick Frame and Dowling. Rick was straight forward and transparent. Did not negotiate on price, but had already done research and Dowling's off-the-lot-price (sticker + fees) still came in lower than comparable cars at other dealers with lower sticker prices (but higher all-in prices). Rick and Dowling followed through quickly on all points of purchase (detailing, plates, registration, several special requests, CPO warranty certification) and I took the car home on the second visit. Rick went out of his way to make sure the car was in the condition I was looking for. Dowling was straight with me on price and there was no need to negotiate. I bought a used car and Rick was able to deliver. Dowling is like a hidden gem of a dealer. It looks a bit rough on the in side but they seem to find the best used cars and make them look like a new car when you pick it up. I would definitely work with Rick again when it comes to another car. Thanks Dowling More
