This is my 3rd Hyundai car. Keep coming back for the service. Hopefully this is an isolated event. My horn broke. Took weeks to receive the parts. I asked if she can call corporate to expedite the parts. Driving without a horn is Illegal and dangerous. Instead days later when I followed up she gave me the number to call. Wow! Asked if perhaps they can call another dealer to see if they had the part but instead they turned a def ear and said I could call. Really? Horrible. Horn parts (2) finally came in. I had to call and follow up. Why? Couldn’t parts or service rep call me? I was alone in this battle. Soooooo over it. I’m furious. Making me rethink my next lease. This dealership is rated number 1. #1 in what? Having me drive dangerously? Poor service ? Loud music at 7am. I’m soooo upset. More
