I had an appointment at 11:15 for an oil change I was told that it will take approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours for my car to be done but unfortunately when it hits 2:45 PM, my car was not done. I had a very disappointing service experience at Downey Hyundai. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM for an EV software repair, but despite arriving on time, I wasn’t checked in until about 10:30 AM. The b Hyundai. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM for an EV software repair, but despite arriving on time, I wasn’t checked in until about 10:30 AM. The bigger issue was the loaner vehicle. I drive an EV for a reason, yet the loaner they eventually provided was a gas-powered car, which forced me to spend $68 on gasoline. It also took over 3 hours just to receive the loaner vehicle. Because of these delays, I ended up losing an entire 8-hour workday for a visit that was supposed to take only a couple of hours. Overall, the process felt very disorganized and frustrating. More
