We understand how upsetting it was to be told the repair would be overnight, then extended to nearly a week, and especially to arrive for a loaner vehicle only to be informed there were insurance issues. That breakdown in communication should have been handled much better, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience and rental expense it caused. We also respect your past experiences with Honda Motor Co. and Toyota Motor Corporation, and we regret that we did not meet those expectations.
