I had an appointment to see a car and when I got there, they didn’t even have it on the lot and said that it had not yet been serviced from when it came in. This is also one of the only Hyundai locations t they didn’t even have it on the lot and said that it had not yet been serviced from when it came in. This is also one of the only Hyundai locations that doesn’t allow dogs so my mom and my dog had to wait outside in the car in over 80° weather. When I talk to somebody on the phone about the E pricing on their website with a scratch out that said Call for today’s specials the lady let me know that the price was negotiable so when I went in, I asked about the dealership pricing and they said that the price was not negotiable and on top of that we’re telling me I had to add on one of the “optional“ packages to the car. So overall, this was a very unpleasant experience because not only was the car not even on the lot that I had an appointment to see, but the price that was supposed to be negotiable wasn’t and on top of that they were requiring me to add on an optional item.
