I took my car to the shop to address some issues I was
experiencing, specifically with the tire and battery. They replaced the battery but filled the air to the tire. However, despite telling them multipl

However, despite telling them multiple times that there were still problems, they reassured me that everything was fine. They assured me it was fixed, but I ended up returning the next day, waiting for hours, and even renting a car in the meantime.
They didn’t properly inspect the tire, giving me a false sense of security. I had to take time off work to handle the situation again. To make matters worse, they also caused several scratches on my wheels. I voiced my concerns and asked them to look into it, but the person who checked only focused on the tire and ignored the issues with my wheels. I felt like they weren't being honest and were neglecting the real problems with my car.
Brenda who told me to go and she said she would let the manager knows. Still no answear.
