Much better than other dealership, service reception area is right by the door. I was attended immediately and instructed to wait inside, waiting area is quite small but organized, coffee, tea and snacks ar is right by the door. I found the non-Hyundai car I bought on capital one auto navigator. The meeting, the buying process was easy since I had a pre-approval from capital one auto finance prior to coming in. What I didn’t appreciate were some of the unnecessary add-ons to my final price. I was only able to remove one, but the rest, I was told couldn’t be removed. David, my salesman was good during the process, but I got disappointed after he ignored my calls over a concern I had after completing the deal. I left a voicemail twice, he didn’t deem fit to respond. Quite disrespectful. Overall, I would recommend to anyone seeking to buy a car here, but watch out and ask for a breakdown of what is being added or not added to your total cost prior to finalizing and signing. More
