The times I have gone to service me vehicle I spend less than 20 minutes to pick up or to check in. I called ahead and made an appointment for all of the factory stickers to be removed, and for the car to be washed - my salesman had run out of time as my paperwork finished near closing time. So the car had a bunch of stickers meant to be removed before delivery, and was pretty dusty outside. So, I drove nearly 50 minutes there and over an hour back, and waited about 1-3/4 hours ... and they washed the car. I'm not sure a single one of about over a dozen white stickers were removed from: the dash display, the visor mirrors, the vanity light above the passenger mirror, a few on the front m=bumper, on the non-driver's interior door pulls, rear air vents, and multiple on the steering wheel controls, and so on. When they told me it was ready, I had another appointment to go to, so I didn't even bother to tell them that all the factory stickers (white and clear) were still all over the car. They were great about providing a Lyft to take me to a nearby mall so that I could wait / work in comfort there. This was all complimentary.
