After oil change on 2/3/2023, I noticed my car making a loud humming sound so I scheduled a follow up appointment for 2/6/2023. When I arrived I was placed with Chris Magana, who seemed flustered and confu loud humming sound so I scheduled a follow up appointment for 2/6/2023. When I arrived I was placed with Chris Magana, who seemed flustered and confused with me/my appointment needs. He told me that my follow up appointment would take 2 hours or more and that I would have to leave my car, I was confused because I was just coming in for a follow up, not to leave my car all day, which I was not prepared to do so I had to cancel the appointment and leave. I am rescheduled again for 2/10/2023 at 6:30am. I hop to have a better experience. More
