Paid for a new key fob a month ago and rep said it would be in in 3-5 days and he would call. A month later and no word. Service team could not provide a clear explanation for what was wrong with my vehicle. It was a huge cost ($7,700) and the team member handling the account could not tell me what was wrong or needed to b what was wrong with my vehicle. I took it to a private mechanic who determined the issue and was able to share detailed information about what was wrong. I then called the Toyota dealership back to see if they were interested in completing the repair ; it has been almost a week and no one has called back. It’s too bad as the dealership is conveniently located. I’m just not confident that the staff have the skills or organizational system to properly care for my vehicle. More
