The person we dropped the car off to wanted to tell me I was wrong about the service I was asking for. Even though it clearly states what services are required in the manual. Very poor and dishonest service provided by sales agent Quincy and his sales manager. Made me sign for my offers that I made but they didn’t stick to their commitment. We agreed to buy a Subaru at around Quincy and his sales manager. Made me sign for my offers that I made but they didn’t stick to their commitment. We agreed to buy a Subaru at around 7:30 PM on Saturday and they were about to close for the day. I told them that it was also not auspicious day for us to buy today and can we do this first thing in the morning. Quincy was very happy and agreed as he also wanted to go home. He asked his manager and he also agreed as he also wanted to leave. They agreed to get papers signed in morning on our negotiated price. My wife and daughter shows up in the morning and they totally denied agreeing to sell that car at our negotiated price. They said it was only for yesterday. We clearly had a deal and agreed to it but this team is so fraudulent and they pressured and actually were not interested to sell the car to my wife as we found out their were many others coming to view this car that same day abs they were going to raise that price! They did not agree to anything we had made a deal in previous evening. They also offered my wife 8.99% rate when her credit score is 830. They tried their best To intimidate us by not taking downpayment in several forms of payment and making very hard for us to buy. But we didn’t let them win. We bought the car at full price and left. This was a total case of discrimination and dishonesty by this dealership and I will be taking legal action against them. Do not spend your hard earned money here. There are many other places which are honest. Only reason I bought here was because my daughter loved that car and had a heart set on it and I didn’t want to disappoint her. More
