I was disappointed to wait 45 minutes to drop off my car for a scheduled 7:30am appointment that u had made for a routine service. Whereas prior service of this type took 90 minutes, this time it took longe for a scheduled 7:30am appointment that u had made for a routine service. Whereas prior service of this type took 90 minutes, this time it took longer and I had to make separate plans to come pick up the car later in the day. It’s really the queue of 10 cars waiting for dropoff at 7:30 that I found irritating and different than my experience elsewhere (eg Albany Subaru) More
