I had been having my 2001 Prius services here since 2005 when something broke in the braking system for which parts no longer seem available. The actual sales process seemed quite long and drawn-out, but this was in part to the finance officer having to spend extra time helping another customer who was having problems with his bank. More

While in for a schedule service the car was scratch on the right front bumper, wheel panel and wheel trim. The assistant manager said he would schedule the body shop Subaru of Oakland uses to fix it.
