Normally I don’t have issues with this dealership, but when I pulled in to the service center I talked with the gentleman who approached me and I let him know what I needed to be checked. Then I said whoe when I pulled in to the service center I talked with the gentleman who approached me and I let him know what I needed to be checked. Then I said whoever worked on my car had to wear a mask. He seemed hesitant, as if it would be a problem. Then we went inside and I spoke with someone else who then asked me all the same questions the original guy did. Not sure why as I did see the first guy taking notes. I did ask for something specific to be checked on and no one addressed it. At least the second guy assured me that someone would wear a mask when they got into my car. If you want repeat business, just do what the customer asks, it’s not that hard. More
