Not happy at all with Subaru service department! !! Took my vehicle in for routine service which cost me 170!! for an oil change! and worked with Brandon Hoctor.. waited for over 6 hours for a routin !! Now my vehicle has transmission problems and keeps jerking gears!! I decided to take my vehicle to another Subaru center and was quoted $3500.00! I don't understand how my transmission started to have issues when it was completely fine before taking it to Downtown Subaru of Oakland! I will file a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair!! Even though I live in Oakland I will never bring my vehicle to this shop again!. They destroyed my vehicle! More

The service at this dealer was good, but the price for labor was obscene. Standard maintenance on a Camry should not incur a $1,500 quote, with almost $800 of that being labor.
