Making the online appointment was easy and there were available spots on a Saturday morning on short notice. I made arrangements to purchase a Tacoma over the phone with junior. We arrived the next day at opening and were on the road within 2 hours. JB in finance was very helpful and friendly. It was a cash purchase (cashiers check) and was not pleased that they still wanted to run my credit to confirm my identity? I don’t think that a credit inquiry was necessary as I provided my identification and the cashiers check the day prior. We drove 250 to make the purchase as they had base model Tacoma I wanted. I still find it crazy that paying msrp is considered a fair price these days… The staff was friendly but the dealership was not maintained well compared to our local dealerships.
