I purposely choose Downtown Toyota for service even though I bought my 2022 Toyota at another dealership that is closer to home. I will never take my vehicle to this Subaru service center again!. I took my car in for its routine service 6 months ago and purchased the prepaid maintenance plan through this dealer. I was advised by center again!. I took my car in for its routine service 6 months ago and purchased the prepaid maintenance plan through this dealer. I was advised by the service advisor "Bryan" and "Brandon Proctor" that there was not much savings in electing it and would be better to pay as you go. I trusted there opinion and decided to cancel my 6 year 75,000 mile maintenance plan firmly based on there recommendation. fast forward to July and my 60,000 mile service is due and I was quoted 1700.00 for the service?????? I decided to call the maintenance provider to see if the major 60,000 mile would be covered and was advised that the plan I had would have covered the service!!!. Now I am out the maintenance plan and definitely will not service my car with this shop!! More
