I am dissapointed that I paid $1000s for complete coverage for maintenance at no cost but it excludes break fluid. When I bought my new RAV4 I was left with a sour feeling by the hard pressure techni coverage for maintenance at no cost but it excludes break fluid. When I bought my new RAV4 I was left with a sour feeling by the hard pressure technique to sell those extra unnecessary insurances! I couldn't say no! I can live with those now but I wotld feel better if I don't have to pay for the break fluid.. Just as a token of appreciation. Thank you for reading More

Not sure the service I received was worth what I paid for it. Cost estimate for brake repair was over inflated. Tire inspection was sub par. Brough in for service interval. -received call that an oil leak discovered- as was covered under a warranty felt like no one at the dealership felt a need to answer my where n why questions - I knew to as oil leak discovered- as was covered under a warranty felt like no one at the dealership felt a need to answer my where n why questions - I knew to ask the parts guys -they are always the best you have at answering mechanical questions- the next day, when I went to pick up the car after work the service person commented... no oil change... as he probably just looked at the mileage ...so disappointing as our cars are our second largest purchases for most of us ..I can't give more stars as service is just so impersonal - and then I read the service receipt that included language that I had brought it in as I had noticed an oil leak -!!! I take very good care of my car; I bring it in every 5k miles and go with every repair recommended. I am starting to feel like every time I bring it in to this dealership, they say there’s something very w miles and go with every repair recommended. The last thing they said should have been caught when they did the repair to my oil pan earlier this year. I don’t feel like this dealership is as transparent as other ones I’ve been to and I don’t think I’ll be coming back which sucks because it’s literally around the corner. No one has been rude or anything. More
