I went to Subaru of Oakland because I was having issues with my car and my original dealership (Livermore) had horrible customer service. Oakland got me an appointment within 2 days, got me into a loaner ( with my car and my original dealership (Livermore) had horrible customer service. Oakland got me an appointment within 2 days, got me into a loaner (no questions asked) and on my way to work within 15 minutes. My car was finished 4 hrs later. They were friendly, prompt, professional and fast. I just wish I had bought my car from them. More

They are polite and representative n cashiers really courtesy. The the person in charge of inspecting the didn’t you good of a job . My back left light wasn’t working and they didn’t notice .
