The service and work are consistently good. The follow up and status updates are substandard. The technicians seem to be lazy problem solvers. There is a concern of products that I was forced or told I had to purchase; GAP and LoJack. I have worked with dealerships in the past and I work within the financial industry. To my knowledge GAP and LoJac I had to purchase; GAP and LoJack. I have worked with dealerships in the past and I work within the financial industry. To my knowledge GAP and LoJack is optional and not a condition of an approval. I felt I was “product dumped,” for representatives to get an incentive. I am glad that I was asked to complete the survey and hope to speak the General Manager or Corporate Office of the dealership to further review my concern. More

On a drive in the mountains of Yosemite at night I was flashed by almost every car with the “you have your brights on” signal when I didn’t, because the lights are pointed way too high on Subaru Outback 2 flashed by almost every car with the “you have your brights on” signal when I didn’t, because the lights are pointed way too high on Subaru Outback 2020 onyx. I asked this, my official full warranty center, to lower the lights, after 3 hours they said no it’s impossible. Went home and watched YouTube and fixed myself. Big waste of time. More
