Arrived on a morning when several employees were out sick. Had to wait 20 minutes or so to get checked in. Desk fellow said he’d never heard about the email offer of oil change and tire rotation. I spen sick. Had to wait 20 minutes or so to get checked in. Desk fellow said he’d never heard about the email offer of oil change and tire rotation. I spent twenty minutes trying to find the email. Nonetheless the staff were polite and efficient and the service was finished in far less than the 3 hours they had projected. More

No one showed any genuine interest that I was there, the receptionist told me to wait but never asked for my name. The dealership called me to want to talk to me about possibly trading in my Subaru, and I c receptionist told me to wait but never asked for my name. The dealership called me to want to talk to me about possibly trading in my Subaru, and I come in only to find out they were quoting me a pathetic number. The only good thing about this experience is that I know in the future to not shop at this dealership. I get it the world is short staffed - I work in retail customer service. At least acknowledge my presence, find out why I’m there, and then let me know I’ll be waiting. Not hard. Also, don’t ask people to come in to discuss selling their car to y’all if you’re not even going to offer something that’s even remotely comparable to fair market value. More
