Prompt service; answered my questions; the waiting area is a bit cramped; the remote to the TV could not be found—inexcusable; so to turn down the volume the TV had to be unplugged( the bathroom is upstair is a bit cramped; the remote to the TV could not be found—inexcusable; so to turn down the volume the TV had to be unplugged( the bathroom is upstairs which had be hard to get to when a person has Arthritis/-but the staff is polite; and any work on my car is explained—-been coming here since 2016— More

Kevin is my service representative. He is fantastic. I have been taking my Prius V to you since I purchased it. Initially John was my rep, and when he moved to another area of the office, I did not think have been taking my Prius V to you since I purchased it.
