This may not be financially possible for an oil change, but if I spend $1000 to fix something, washing my car would encourage me to come back. More

What a change after new management. My interaction with the previous manager made me feel like I just talked to a low-budget used car salesman. There was a complete lack of communication. They kept my car all day and did not let me know what was going on in the time frame promised. It took three calls from me to find out what was happening.
