I think your prices are so outrageous and some of the charges are so unnecessary. The staff (Sam) was great and very patient with me as I crunched down the numbers that made sense for me. I don’t think I’ll be bringing my car back to Toyota and will go to my mechanic who will save me big $$’s in the future. Dealer costs are always going to be so much higher than a private owned mechanic. How many people just give in to what you tell them because they know nothing about cars? More
