I’ve been disappointed by check in wait times, with appointments, at this dealership. Yesterday’s wait was 30 minutes, 20 minutes seems the norm. I’m most disappointed in my purchase of a service contract and have had all maintenance performed by this dealership. The service performed under the contract appears to have been basic / minimal. My first appointment out of the service plan totaled over $1300, including a “multi-clean max.” I understand the need for this maintenance but I’m disappointed that some of these services were not recommended or performed while under the service contract. I doubt I will purchase a service contract with my next new car - the value, in hindsight, was VERY poor relative to the cost of the service plan. I feel misled by the salesperson…. Please note that Daniel, the service advisor, was very helpful. He was polite during a busy period, working mostly by himself to check in appointments. Staffing levels should be improved and appointments should be spread out so that customers don’t arrive in a large bunch. More
