Downtown Toyota-Subaru of Oakland

An advisor was hella rude, to the point where I dont want to come back to this Toyota to get service. I’ll opt for a different service department. He was doing paper work while his other associate was helpin to come back to this Toyota to get service. I’ll opt for a different service department. He was doing paper work while his other associate was helping another customer, asked me who I worked with (I have no idea, it was a drop off) and wouldn’t help me. The request was something as simple as finding my paper in a pile of service orders and request the mechanics to bring my car to the front. He even lightweight yelled at his coworker in front of me and the other customer. More

My only complaint is that the bill is hard to read, especially for parts. It is often impossible to figure out what the part used from the part description.
