TWICE Phone system RANG service Dept but no one answered- 10+ minutes ringing. Called parts Dept who got me to VM but no one called me back during - not even the next day. 4. Service Dept had car for almost a week - 8/18 7am through 8/24 pm -and did not keep me informed of when I could expect it back. I was told that because it was an OLD car they wanted to check it over closely when I finally got hold of my rep. Crazy. They did lend us a car AFTER I told them I had to have car back as I was going out of town the next day and couldn’t leave my husband careless. That was at 4:30 on Friday afternoon. they didn’t get car Really crazy. They gave us a LARGE price break on the ‘extra’ recommended work when I found reputable mechanic for less than 1/2 the price - I would think to buy our loyalty. Then didn’t give us agreed upon discount on original work AND kept our car way longer than was reasonable. They LOST my loyalty. More
