Upon arriving, there was no one in the dealership. I was impressed by the professionalism shown by Assistant Service Manager Vern Chao. I had purchased (from Toyota SF) my 2021 Tacoma in March of this year and by June an annoying problem developed. There was Service Manager Vern Chao. I had purchased (from Toyota SF) my 2021 Tacoma in March of this year and by June an annoying problem developed. There was an on going display on the radio screen stating, "That apps were unable to download". This issue arose all on its own. He and the tech(s) who worked on this solved it after four days and I really appreciate it. I was impressed that they kept at it and seemed to show a fair amount of patients with the issue.
