As far as customer service and getting the job done they did a 5 star job. The staff were helpful and communicated clearly as well as being personable. Sam and staff were super helpful, answered all my questions and helped me navigate a tricky problem with my (12v) battery. He also helped me navigate a problem that came up after I left (which turned questions and helped me navigate a tricky problem with my (12v) battery. He worked with me on what I could afford to have done and what could wait and made sure not to overcharge me which meant a lot in these times. He was knowledgeable about another problem I asked him about. Since I bought my car in 2007 I’ve always appreciated the Service Department. It’s always clean, people are courteous and they do try to get everyone handled quickly. Also the staff member that drove me home was very friendly and all staff were great about adhering to COVID protocols. While I do find that going to the dealer is too expensive for everyday maintenance, I appreciate having the resource. Thank you! More
