Vern Chai was excellent. He explained exactly what would be done to do normal service and to check what was wrong with the radio/GPS. After testing that, he told me what had been done. They were unable to r be done to do normal service and to check what was wrong with the radio/GPS. After testing that, he told me what had been done. They were unable to recalibrate so a new system would be needed if I wanted to be able to use it as when it was new. I can’t afford that. We talked about how I could use Google Maps and he made suggestions that would be helpful. I was very appreciative of his attention. Also, my car was cleaned inside and washed! Wow! Thanks. More
