I greatly miss that perk and have since wondered if I should go elsewhere because it’s less expensive to go to a mechanic, rather than a dealership (as my father used to tell me). That was the perk that perked me up to be a return customer. I know it sounds simple, but not so much with my complications around time, physical ability, and opportunity. More

With our purchase of our Forester at Downtown Subaru, we started and have continued to bring our car in for its oil changes and “checkups”. Vern was amazing to work with! The only reason I come to this dealership is because of Vern. They are very lucky to have a service advisor like Vern. He cares about his customers. I waited on my car. Seems to me if a customer is waiting they should move to the front of the line versus those who dropped their car off and will return. Seems to me if a customer is waiting they should move to the front of the line versus those who dropped their car off and will return. More
