I arrived to pick up my car and stood in line with 4 others whose designated service professional was no where to be found. There was one poor guy trying to handle everything even though he had no idea others whose designated service professional was no where to be found. I was happy with my interactions at Downtown Toyota. Rony let me test drive the car thoroughly and helped get an extra fob from the owner.
