I was duped into paying for an oil change that I had previously paid for at the time of the vehicle purchase. And they told me nothing in the service department about the charge until my car was finishe previously paid for at the time of the vehicle purchase. I will not be returning for any more services, even though my service contract says it is good for another year. I will instead go to OneToyota for all my future service needs. First time I went to the dealership, they didn’t have anybody to service my car, so I wasted an hour, with an appointment I booked online. They said they attempted to reach me, but there was no call or e anybody to service my car, so I wasted an hour, with an appointment I booked online. Second time I booked, they notated a check tire pressure light but didn’t address it, so I had to measure and adjust myself when I got home. No eta on service either time.
