I was duped into paying for an oil change that I had previously paid for at the time of the vehicle purchase. And they told me nothing in the service department about the charge until my car was finishe previously paid for at the time of the vehicle purchase. I will not be returning for any more services, even though my service contract says it is good for another year. I will instead go to OneToyota for all my future service needs. Thanks a lot for nothing. More
