First time I went to the dealership, they didn’t have anybody to service my car, so I wasted an hour, with an appointment I booked online. They said they attempted to reach me, but there was no call or email. Second time I booked, they notated a check tire pressure light but didn’t address it, so I had to measure and adjust myself when I got home. No eta on service either time. It shouldn’t take a half day for a 5k service. I was asked why my car was so clean upon arrival?
