Booked the first service in the morning so I had to wait for staff to come in. However service were prompt and they kept the car clean. Waiting area was bare but clean. I was hesitant to even make the drive out, since the only other review claims the car that was advertised wasn’t actually there when buyers had arrived. Similarly, the car I showed up to purchase was NOT as described. It was clearly beat up and under-cared for by previous owners. After deciding on a separate vehicle, the salesman let me leave and drive a total of an extra 40 minutes before calling me and agreeing to the price I had already spent way too much time trying to negotiate. Overall I did not like the experience and the car has more damage than I was able to see the day of purchase. The trunk makes a loud noise and makes me wonder if there’s unreported damages or crashes. After promising they only sell cars in perfect condition, I noticed there are several cracks in the glass that went unnoticed because the day I purchased it was overcast. After attempting to get the cracks corrected, they PROMISED me to call me and send someone out to help. They avoided my calls, so I had my boyfriend call from his number. They answered, made false promises to help and then NEVER called back. I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy from them and I wish I had waited and continued my search for a better vehicle. Good luck ! Super disappointed with my service, I was over charged and have in writing I would get reimbursed if my insurance didn't pay for it. I have called several times and was told I should be getting a check in and have in writing I would get reimbursed if my insurance didn't pay for it. I have called several times and was told I should be getting a check in the mail never got it, called more times, and was never contacted back. Also after waiting for over a month to get my car fixed while stranded in california as a Massachusetts resident. I had my steering wheel column replaced and it now makes a loud vibrating noise whenever the wheel is turned all the way to the side while moving. It NEVER did that before so something was done wrong. Horrible horrible service I never want to go back to this dealership, let alone another Subaru after this experience. More

This Service Center doesn’t do & deliver what is to be done! Also damaged my car on 2 times it’s been in service there! Manager has never made good on his promise to fix my car too!
