I had torn a tire due to a pothole (thanks Oakland). So purchased 4 new tires from them. Then I tore another tire due to a pothole and they replaced it under warranty. They also rotated my tires and So purchased 4 new tires from them. Then I tore another tire due to a pothole and they replaced it under warranty. They also rotated my tires and they aren’t supposed to be rotated on a Lexus IS 200T. Lexus is owned by Toyota so this is one reason I bring my car fo them. Then I tore another tire due to a pothole and they said that wasn’t under warranty. The guy said “it’s not under warranty when you tear a tire due to hitting a curb”. I told him I didn’t hit a curb, I hit a pothole. It was accusatory and rude of him. We just needed one tire and in the morning they told us they needed to keep the car overnight. We said no- we needed the car. Then Vern called at 4pm and said a machine broke and he needed to keep it overnight. We called the next day and he said he’d call us back in 20 min and he never did. This went on most of the day where we’d call and ask to talk to Vern and they said he’d call us and they didn’t. We were stranded meanwhile without a car. No temporary car was offered. Terrible! We give them a lot of business. They’re nice but we’re never greeted in a friendly way or feel like we’re appreciated customers. If I could find the time to find a better place, I would. More
