Not sure what I paid $150 for? At any other dealership or shop an oil change this expensive would have at a minimum included them vacuuming my front seats and maybe a car wash. I’ve paid far less for much better at Walmart. The employees were nice and helpful but this was not the dealership experience. More

They took advantage if me because I was naive. They made me do unnecessary service, I paid a very high price. They did not even bother to put a sticker with the next due date for oil change. Not going to Toyota dear again. Maybe to one who helped me got his commission and over me, but you lost a customer for ever. I just need to remember my experience there. More
