I had a flat on my Prius Prime and was towed in. When I called before coming in, was told the tires were either in stock, or could be acquired within 2 hours, but then had to wait 24 hours to get my car ba called before coming in, was told the tires were either in stock, or could be acquired within 2 hours, but then had to wait 24 hours to get my car back because they couldn’t get them. When I walked in the door with the flat, I said I would do the get 3 tires and get the 4th for $1 deal, but the service provider said they would try to repair the flat, which I said I doubted was possible. Then he called 3.5 hours later to tell me what I already knew, and said it was too late to get the 4 tires. 😡. In spite of this, the service was done well and everyone was polite. But I did not love the unnecessary wait. Also Customer Service called me while I was waiting to offer to buy my car. Is this why the service was delayed? That was very irritating. More
