Absolutely the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Do not work with Zach Stahl. He was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I inquired at all the locations. I did a ton of research and saw all the positive reviews on DealerRater for Dreyer & Reinbold Mini. I connected with Virginia Ramey by email and had a list of questions that I wanted answered. Virginia answered all of them promptly. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership outside of IL. I was very hesitant buying a used car sight unseen. I was worried if there were hidden accidents not reported by Carfax and I couldn’t test drive it because out of state. I could’ve done a pre purchase car inspection but Virginia helped alleviate any fears I had about the car. Virginia made this out of state car buying experience an excellent one. She also helped with getting the car shipped to me. Each step of the way she kept me informed of what needed to be done and I would highly recommend dealing with Virginia. Being from out of state 800 miles from dealership, Presley won my trust and I wasn’t disappointed after flying from Albany NY to Indianapolis to take delivery.
