I worked with a totally accommodating and witty salesman, John Salz. (He made us laugh as we folded his tall frame into a very small backseat) Then, he was 100% pleasant throughout the test drive, inspection, offer discussion, closing paperwork, pick up, detailing and all the communications in between. John is a man with great access to facts — lenders and rates, other cars in the area, and the pros / cons of each of them. He successfully worked a huge and favorable swing in my loan rate. (Thank you, John!) He is also the very forthcoming fixer! If a part is delayed, “Please hold on to that loaner car until we can get you squared away.” If everything was ready but the detail, “How about you give me a good time for your schedule and we’ll get you in here when it’s convenient for you. We’ll get it fixed up right.” Always accommodating, friendly and professional. John is an A+ salesman who makes me want to tell people about my experience. This is my second Mini and if I’m still in the club when I’m shopping for my next car, I’ll come looking for John and team! Great teamwork, great guys. They clearly have fun at work. More

Terrific Car Shopping Experience At every level, the staff was terrific, polite and knowledgeable. The day we arrived they were short on staff but you barely notice as everyone works so well together and just does whatever needs to be done to care of the customer. Very friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. You could feel that the staff all enjoyed their job and believed in their product and ensuring a positive customer experience. We bought a used car there but will definitely consider a revisit for our next new vehicle. Probably the best car dealership experience I've ever had. Made appointment for Mini with loaner car to be available I made appointment and reservation for Mini service six days in advance. I live 2 hours from Indy, so I scheduled my service appointment on date that I made appointment and reservation for Mini service six days in advance. I live 2 hours from Indy, so I scheduled my service appointment on date that I was going to be working in Indy. I arrived for service appointment but no loaner cars were available -" but I had a reservation, I need a loaner car so I can go onto work at two different locations in Indy." Within the 2 hour window, someone could have called me and told me a loaner car was not available. I had to leave to go to work in my Mini without being serviced. So, I am not very happy. I drove 4 hours (total) and no service. If I had known, in advance, I would not have gone out of my way to drive to the north side of Indy as my appointments were on the west side of Indy. They did offer to call me an Uber, but I was headed to two separate locations and they made no mention of paying for it and my return. When I returned home that evening, I sent Dreyer & Reinbold an email from their site. No email or call from them. Poor service and they didn't touch my car! More

Infinity QX60 2016 I was in search for an SUV and stopped by Dreyer & Reinbold. I fell in love with QX60 which has all the bells and whistles plus airbags for all passe I was in search for an SUV and stopped by Dreyer & Reinbold. I fell in love with QX60 which has all the bells and whistles plus airbags for all passengers, which I don't think any other SUV on the market does.
