I had to go into the dealership, after looking at cars in their lot for over 15 min, to look for a sales person. Turns out one was standing in the foyer watching us. When I asked about buying a car, he said their lot for over 15 min, to look for a sales person. Turns out one was standing in the foyer watching us. When I asked about buying a car, he said he was waiting on an appointment to arrive and could not help me -- did not offer to find someone who could either. I found another sales person who I persuaded to discuss the cars with me. I asked to test drive the car I was interested in, then was told that they do not let customers take out cars unless the salesperson rides along. I prefer to test drive with out a sales person, because I want to hear the car (road noise, transmission, etc.), not listen to a sales man chatter. The sales manager said that the dealerships insurance company would not let them send out cars on test drives without a salesperson in the vehicle -- might be true, but sounds like a load of bull. No other dealer I have been to has this restriction. This dealership is not helpful or friendly, makes me wonder how they ever sell any cars? Just know before you go there; that they are not eager to sale or answer questions. I hope they don't go bankrupt, but it would not surprise me if they did. More

They are either untruthful or they can't seem to keep records! They did not fix the problem on the 1st trip on three different occurrences. Most recently, they mislead me while the car was under warran records! They did not fix the problem on the 1st trip on three different occurrences. Most recently, they mislead me while the car was under warranty and later wanted to charge me to repair/ replace the part that I had a problem with 1 year previously when it was “under warranty” $1,200 to be precise. I have felt lied to and cheated every time we been there. I have had two VW vehicle . I have had problem with this dealership and the service department with both. I ended up taking both of them to Falcone to be repaired after these morons “repaired” the vehicles. We live minutes from this dealership PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME or money for that matter. I am extremely disappointed that VW would have such a dealership. Love the car & the suv but I would think twice before I purchased a VW because of my experience here. More
