I’ve been calling the service department to try and arrange the necessary repairs with no response.
I’ve needed this truck for work and haven’t been able to wait for a phone call that doesn’t seem to be coming.
At this point I’ve replaced all the disk brakes, the engine oil sensor, the engine oil coolant lines, valve gaskets, breaking door handles, the trailer brake that was installed wrong, and the reverse lights that come on when the brakes are applied.
Now I’m due for emissions and the catalytic converter, the exhaust, and at least 2 broken bolts holding the manifold to the engine block.
After signing an agreement and paying the price they asked for, now not even 2 years later I’m into this truck another $5000 for repairs that should have been handled by the dealership through our contract.
To say its frustrating is SUCH an understatement... I love my truck and would love to hold onto it, but it’s so so so far from what I was told.
