I came in with a cosigner (I'd been to several other dealers and I know I need a cosigner) and they did not even add the cosigner to my offer even though they took our information and did not tell me th dealers and I know I need a cosigner) and they did not even add the cosigner to my offer even though they took our information and did not tell me they were deviating from what I know I need until the 2nd offer came in. They added a warranty that was half the cost of the car and was getting wrapped into the financing instead of a separate charge, meaning they were effectively doubling the price I'd have to pay within the year. Their website claims no fees and the car we looked at had "no warranty" on the window, and when we saw the cost of the offered warranty and said no because it is not cost effective (ex. engine failure and basics were not covered and was more expensive than rhose services would be to just get done) and we were told we could take it without warranty no problem. Then they came back a little later telling us the warranty was not optional when we were told 10 minutes before that it was. Their "dealer fee" is almost $300 more than other dealers in the area and they are clearing using that extra cost so you pay for a "GPS" which is actually a lojack that they will still have access to when the car is no longer their issue and will be used against you at the slightest perceived inconvenience. I do not recommend this place even if you get financing beforehand or the money to outright buy, as the lojack is not for you, they are making you pay for it while saying it is "free" in exchange for the dealer fee (again other dealerships in the area are in the high $700 and they are upping their fee by almost $300 which is clearly being used for the lojack and is not an exchange). They lied to us multiple times and are falsely advertising, wouldn't listen to our needs, and later tried to pressure us using the same exact deal we left on that still didn't have my cosigner on it. Even after House Bill 1090 goes into effect on the 1st of January where they cant add extra fees and have to have the TOTAL price on the window, the lojack that they still have access to is incredibly misleading and a bad business practice that they make you pay for under the guise it is in exchange for the dealer fee.
